We adhere to the AirBNB cleaning protocol and the cottage is cleaned and sanitised for your arrival. The AirBNB protocol covers leaving the cottage vacant for 24 hours between guests, ventilation and specific cleaning routines.

We provide hand wash, hand sanitiser, gloves and kitchen towel for your use.

Covid related cancellations

If you as a guest or we, as hosts, become ill through Covid then a full refund will be made or, with your approval, we are happy to carry forward your booking fee to a future stay.

Our normal cancellations policy will apply where a guest is affected by transport disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines.

Where we there are prohibitions on short term rentals we will provide a full refund.
